In 2015, our founders launched ITWorld BPO in Lahore, Pakistan with a clear and ambitious vision — to prove that Pakistan had the talent, the English proficiency and the work ethic to compete with anyone in the global BPO industry.
For nearly a decade, ITWorld BPO quietly did exactly that. We built deep operational expertise across IT outsourcing, call center operations, healthcare billing, insurance processing, mortgage support and accounting services — serving international clients in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and the Middle East.
We did not grow with noise. We grew with results. Every client retained. Every SLA met. Every NDA honoured. Every team delivered on time.
As our capabilities deepened and our global ambition expanded, we knew a name change was not just deserved — it was necessary. In 2025, ITWorld BPO officially became Inlinkers CX — a name that captures what we have always been about: connecting international businesses to Pakistan's world-class talent and linking global companies to a smarter, more profitable way of operating.
